المطر يمثل مشاعر مختلفة وأحاسيس مختلطة تارة تكون فرحاً وتارة أخرى تكون حزناً.. عند تناثر قطرات المطر تشعر كما لو كنت تستبدل بروحك روحاً جديدة، روحاً بدون هموم وانكسارات. الحوار الذي يدور بينك وبين السماء في لحظة انهمار المطر يمنحك شعوراً جميلاً لا يشبهه أي شيء.. لذا كانت هناك فتاة تحت المطر جمعت كل حيرتها وأخبرتها للسماء وعلقت كل أسرارها مع كل قطرة مطر. فتاة تحت المطر رأت بضوء البرق وصوت الرعد قوة تملكت جسدها، لم تهتم بتبلل ثيابها وخصلات شعرها الأسود الطويل. بل كانت ترى تحت المطر تأثيرها الشفاء لكل ما يحويه جوفها من وجع بل رأت كيف تتساقط قطرات المطر بغزارة لتمسح دموعها عن خدها الوردي لتشفيها ويعود وجهها الجميل كما كان ليزداد نوراً وسعادة كضوء القمر.. حاولت جاهدة أن تكتب من أعماق قلبها البريء رسائل صادقة قد تنير دروبكم المظلمة، بل قد تختصر لكم الكثير مما لا تستطيعون البوح به. قد تكون فتاة تحت المطر معكم وقد مرت يوماً بجانبكم ولربما قد تكونون تعرفونها أو حتى تكون أنتم. فتاة مضت في هذه الحياة بشموخ وعزة، وبلحظة ما وجدت نفسها تحت المطر وبات اسمها فتاة تحت المطر د. فايزة راشد البلوي
