من الأساليب التى لها أهميتها في إبراز المعاني أسلوب التشبية، لما فيه من الدقائق والخواص وكثرة اللطائف والاعتبارات المختلفة التى جعلته في موضوع الاهتمام في حقل الدراسات البلاغية.
ومما يلفت النظر ان الباحثين أفردوا لكل ركن من أركان التشبية مباحث خاصة به عالجوا فيها قضاياه ومسائلة معالجة مستفيضة. لكنهم دأبوا على المرور بركن (الأداة) مرورا عابرا دون أن يفصلوا القول فيه تفصيلا يتناول حقيقة الأداة، وما يدخل تحتها، وما بينها من فروق.
من هنا كانت بداءة التفكير في هذه الدراسة لـ (أدوات التشبية) ثم إنه لما كان من مسالك الفهم الدقيق للقرآن الكريم، وتدبر معانية، والوصول إلى أحكامه- الاهتمام بدراسة الفنون البلاغية، بما لهذه الفنون من أسس وأركان تقوم عليها. وخصائص تتميز بها، وبخاصة منها مباحث البيان، من تشبيه ومجاز وكناية- لما كان الشأن كذلك اخترنا أن يكون مجال هذه الدراسة (أدوات التشبيه) دلالاتها واستعمالاتها في القرآن الكريم.
