في عام 1981 قدمنا الجديد في القضاء المستعجل في طبعته الأولى وفي عام 1982 صدر الجديد في طبعته الثانية. وفي عام 1984 قدمنا المبادئ القضائية في القضاء المستعجل ومنازعات التنفيذ الوقتية وفي عام 1986 قدمنا أحكام وآراء في القضاء المستعجل والتنفيذ الوقتي. كما قدمنا في خلال هذه الفترة مؤلفنا منازعات التنفيذ الوقتية في طبعات ثلاث وكم يسعدنا أن هذه المؤلفات قد وجدت صداها في الكثير من مؤلفات المستعجل والتنفيذ التي أصدرها بعد ذلك الأساتذة الأجلاء. ومنهم من أشار وبحق إلى هذه المؤلفات ومنهم من لم يشر إلا في القليل. وقد طلب منا إعادة طبع الأحكام والآراء فرأينا نظرًا لازدياد الأحكام القضائية وتنوع الآراء الفقهية أن نفصل بين الأحكام والآراء في القضاء المستعجل وبين الأحكام والآراء في التنفيذ الوقتي. وإلى أن يحين الوقت المناسب بإذن الله لإصدار الطبعة الجديدة من الجديد في القضاء المستعجل وكذا منازعات التنفيذ الوقتية في ثوبها الجديد. نأمل أن تحقق تلك الأحكام والآراء في التنفيذ الوقتي المرجو منها.
