وقد مارست الدولة العنصرية التي تمثل قيمتها وتحكمها فى العديد من الميادين والصراعات والتى تشمل فرص التعليم والاقتصاد ومجال الحقوق غير المحدودة , وقيود على من سيولد كمواطن ومن يمكنه أن يصبح مواطن.
