"أنوار طاهر" باحثة ومترجمة عراقية – متخصصة في الدراسات الفلسفية والحِجاجية، حصلت على بكالوريوس الفلسفة – كلية الآداب – جامعة بغداد في عام 1998، (مع مرتبة الشرف)، حصلت على الماجستير في الفلسفة – كلية الآداب – جامعة بغداد في عام 2002، فائزة بجائزة العلوم في الفلسفة – العراق في عام 1999، لها مجموعة من المقالات والأبحاث المنشورة في مجلات عربية أكاديمية محكمة.
صدر لها مؤخراً، الكتاب الموسوم بــ (فلسفة الحِجاج البلاغي) مراجعة وتقديم البروفيسور أبو بكر العزاوي، ضمن منشورات عالم الكتب الحديث – الأردن.
"يأتي كتاب الباحثة والمترجمة أنوار طاهر الجديد، الموسوم بـ (فلسفة البلاغة الجديدة)، بمثابة امتداد لكتابها السابق الذي ظهر بعنوان: (فلسفة الحِجاج البلاغي)، وفيه ترجمة لمجموعة أخرى من البحوث والدراسات المفيدة، لمن يرغب في معرفة البلاغة الجديدة، والإطلاع على عدد وافر من أعمال بيرلمان، أو يرغب بالتعمق فيها، والإستزادة من المعلومات والمعارف المرتبطة بها، فالكتابان متكاملان ومترابطان، إنهما يبحثان في نظرية البلاغة الجديدة، وهي نظرية تعود لأستاذ المنطق والبلاغة في جامعة بروكسل الحرة شاييم بيرلمان، فهو الذي وضع أسس هذه البلاغة منذ خمسينيات القرن الماضي.
وهذه البلاغة – كما هو معلوم – هي بلاغة إقناعية حِجاجية، فقد قام بيرلمان بإحياء الأرسطية، وعمل على تطويرها وتوسيع مجالها لكي تصبح صالحة لدراسة كافة أنواع الخطاب، ومنها الخطاب الفلسفي والخطاب القانوني".
