بؤس وتعاسة المواطن العربي يزيدان وهو يرى شعوب العالم الحر تستمتع بكامل حريتها, وتشارك بقوة في إرادة شئون بلادها, ويتم احترام إرادتها, ويعيش المواطن فيها معززًا مركمًا, يحميه القانون من ظلم الظالمين ومن سجون الطغاة المستبدين.
التخلف الذي يضرب العالم العربي ليس لنقص في الإمكانات المادية, وليس لقلة أو ندرة في المواهب والإمكانات البشرية, وإنما أسباب هذا التخلف مرجعها الأساسي هو فساد أنظمة الحكم وعدم تفكيرها في الشان العام.
