مؤلف هذا الكتاب، الأستاذ معين أحمد محمود، باحث في الشؤون السياسية والإستراتيجية، ومؤرخ سخّر قلمه لخدمة قضايا الأمة، وفي طليعتها قضية فلسطين. عمل كصحفي محترف منذ العام 1965، وساهم في إصدار العديد من الصحف العربية، وفي طليعتها: "فلسطين" ملحق جريدة المحرر في الستينيات، جريدة "اليوم" ، مجلة "فلسطين الثورة"، مجلة "فلسطين المحتلة" ، مجلة "القدس" ، جريدة "الإتحاد" الظبيانية، وهو عضو إتحاد الصحفيين العرب منذ تأسيسه، وعضو منظمة الصحفيين العالمية، وعضو إتحاد المؤرخين العرب.
يكشف المؤرخ الأستاذ معين أحمد محمود في هذه الدراسة: العلاقات الإسرائيلية - الصينية والهندية: منظور جيوبوليتكي ورؤية مستقبلية، العوامل المؤثرة في تطور علاقات الكيان الصهيوني مع الصين والهند، وأشكالها وتطورها وحجمها على كافة الصعد: السياسية والإستراتيجية والأمنية والإقتصادية والثقافية. كما يتناول بالتحليل سياسات المحور الأمريكي - "الإسرائيلي" - الهندي في ضوء الشراكة الإستراتيجية الهندية - "الإسرائيلية" ، والتي مثلت أحد عوامل ظهور هذا المحور الثلاثي الخطير.
