يعرض الكاتب العلاقات بين البلدين، ويوضح كيف بدأت هذه العلاقات وكيف تطورت وما وضع هذه العلاقات وما هي طبيعتها فمنذ الخمسينيات بدأ التأرجح بين الإقدام والإحجام، أما في الستينيات فأخذت العلاقات الصينية -الإسرائيلية سيئاً أدى لانسداد العلاقات بينهما، ولكن في السبعينيات بدأ مد الجسور والتعاون السري بين الصين وإسرائيل، وفي الثمانينات اتخذت الخطوات الإيجابية نحو إقامة العلاقات ال يعرض الكاتب العلاقات بين البلدين، ويوضح كيف بدأت هذه العلاقات وكيف تطورت وما وضع هذه العلاقات وما هي طبيعتها فمنذ الخمسينيات بدأ التأرجح بين الإقدام والإحجام، أما في الستينيات فأخذت العلاقات الصينية -الإسرائيلية سيئاً أدى لانسداد العلاقات بينهما، ولكن في السبعينيات بدأ مد الجسور والتعاون السري بين الصين وإسرائيل، وفي الثمانينات اتخذت الخطوات الإيجابية نحو إقامة العلاقات الدبلوماسية بينهما، وفي الثمانينات بدأ التطبيع الكامل وإقامة علاقات دبلوماسية بين البلدين، ومن هذا التاريخ بدأ يحدث التعاون التكنولوجي والعسكري والتجاري والدبلوماسي والثقافي، وبدأت البعثات التعليمية بين البلدين.
