الحمد لله الذي فتح لعباده باب الإجتهاد في المسائل المستنبطة من النصوص الظنية الدلالة، وجعل الحق فيها متعدداً، ليتيح للباحث في الفقه أن ينتقي من أقوال المجتهدين أهل الدراية والملكة الفقهية، فيصل بذلك إلى مرضاة ربه بريء الذمة ومن التبعات.
وبعد قراءتي لكتاب الشيخ الدكتور محمد عادل عزيزة الكيالي، الذي ضمَّنه مسائل فقهية متنوعة في الإيمان والنذور والأضاحي والعقيقة والذبائح والصيد وما يتعلق في الأطعمة حلالها وحرامها وآدابها، فوجدته سفراً عظيماً قد صيغت مسائله صياغةً أكاديميةً مرتبةً ترتيباً قلَّ مثيله، بعيداً عن الحشو والتعقيد، باذلاً في باذلاً في ذلك جهداً جهيداً في سبيل الوصول إلى الغاية المرجوة من هذا الكتاب الحبير، وبحيث يرجع القارئ إلى ما يريده بيسر وسهولة، ووجدت في هذا الكتاب الجم الغفير من المسائل التي جمع فيها المؤلف أقوال أهل العلم والرأي في المسألة الواحدة التي يتكرر وقوعها في حياتنا العملية كثيراً.
واذكر هنا على سبيل المثال: شروط الإسم والصفة لإنعقاد اليمين، وأثر حذف المقسم به، وتعليق اليمين على الإستطاعة، والإستثناء في اليمين، وتَعيّن الأضحية بالقول أو الشراء أو الذبح، وتعيّن النذر بالمكان والزمان والأشخاص، ومنها: مسألة هامة في نذر النوافل وأثرها، والذكاة الإضطرارية وأثرها في حل الحيوان المذبوح، ومنها: صور من التذفيف، وغير ذلك من المسائل الفقهية، التي جاءت في دائرة الفقه المقارن، حيث أظهر المؤلف فيها سمة المرونة واليسر التي تتصف بها الشريعة الإلهية الغراء، من خلال ترك الترجيح بين أقوال أئمة الإجتهاد بعد نقله لأقوالهم، وسوق أدلتهم، ليُبقي للباحثِ حرية الإختيار، مبتعداً بذلك عن التضييق على العباد.
فجزى الله المؤلف على ما أتحفنا به في هذا الكتاب، من مواضيع تشغل بال الباحث في الفقه الإسلامي، وتظهر للعيان مرونة ويسر الشريعة الغراء.
