في هذه الرواية يمتزج الواقع المقتبس من قصص حقيقية بالعالم الفنتازي الذي تسرده الروح وتسير الأحداث في خط زمني يرصد تفاصيل حياة بطلة الرواية ومخاوفها .
فهي امرأة تخطت جميع الخطوط الحمراء وسارت في طريق لا عودة منه، لعنه المجتمع، لكنها تمكنت من العودة تلك العودة الهشة التي افضت الى نهايتها.
في منتصف الرواية نتفاجىء بفصل واقعي لم تدخل عليه الكاتبة اي تعديل، لنصطدم بمجتمع اخر موجود داخل عالمنا.
في رحلتها لسبر أغوار ذاتها وعالمها تُعرِّفنا على خبايا هذا الطريق وهذا المجتمع الخفي الذي لم يتسنَ لنا معرفته من قبل.
تصارع الشخصية المحورية منذ البداية لفهم ذاتها وماهية اختلافها ورغباتها.
ادراكها لهذا الاختلاف يحيل حياتها الى سلسلة من القصص المؤلمة والخيبات ويسجنها في دهاليز الخوف.
كتبت هذه الرواية بلغة شعرية تمتزج بالفلسفة التي تثير عددا من التساؤلات حول حياتنا اليومية، معتقداتنا، وطريقة تعاملنا مع الآخر المختلف .
كما تسعى لفهم النفس البشرية وصراعاتها الداخلية والخارجية.
