(نزهة الخاطر العاطر) كتاب في جزئين يتضمن شرحاً لكتاب روضة الناظر وجنة المناظر في أصول الفقه على مذهب الإمام أحمد بن حنبل لشيخ الإسلام "موفق الدين أبي محمد عبد الله بن أحمد ابن قدامة المقدسي الدمشقي".
يقول الشارح: أما بعد، فهذا كتاب نذكر فيه أصول الفقه والإختلاف فيه، ودليل كل قول على المختار، ونبين من ذلك ما نرتضيه، ونجيب من خالفنا فيه، بدأنا بمقدمة لطيفة في أوله، ثم أتبعناها ثمانية أبواب:
الأول: في حقيقة الحكم وأقسامه. الثاني: في تفصيل الأصول وهي: الكتاب والسنة والإجماع والإستصحاب. الثالث: في بيان الأصول المختلف فيها. الرابع: في تقاسيم ]الكلام و[ الأسماء. الخامس: في الأمر والنهي والعموم والإستثناء والشرط، وما يقتبس من الألفاظ من إشارتها وإيمائها. السادس: في القياس الذي هو فرع للأصول. السابع: في حكم المجتهد الذي يستثمر الحكم من هذه الأدلة، والمقلد. الثامن: في ترجيحات الأدلة المتعارضات.
الجزء الثاني ويضم أبواب ثمانية أخر وهي: الأول: باب تقاسيم الكلام والأسماء وفيه إثبات الأسماء قياساً، وانقسام الكلام إلى نص وظاهر ومجمل، الثاني: باب الأمر وفيه مسائل منها إذا ورد الأمر متجرداً عن القرائن هل يقتضي الوجوب أم الإباحة؟ الثالث: باب العموم ويتضمن ألفاظ العموم الخمسة ... وشروط الإستثناء، والمطلق والمقيد. الرابع: باب في الفحوى والإشارة، وفيه درجات أدلة الخطاب، الخامس: باب القياس وفيه قياس الشبه وقياس الدلالة ... السادس: باب أركان القياس وفيه أركان القياس: أصل وفرع وعلة وحكم ... الباب السابع: حكم المجتهد وفيه مسائل منها: يجوز أن يكون النبي متعبداً بالإجتهاد فيما لا نص فيه ... الباب الثامن: التقليد وترتيب الأدلة ومعرفة الترجيح وفيه أنه يجب على المجتهد أن ينظر أول شيء إلى الإجماع ...
