ليست الفجيعة ولا الألم ولا مغامرة اليأس لإشتقاق الأمل، ولا الشهادة على ما يجري في أرضنا وزماننا وأحوالنا، ولا الخوف من مصير غامضٍ، ولا عَبَث الرياح إذا غاب الحلم، ولا الشوق إلى الخلاص يأتي ولا يأتي.
هنا يغرورق الشاعر في قصيدته وظلالها، يغصّ بالنور ولا يدمع، هنا نسمع الكلمة تصدي وتتردَّد كالنجمة في رنين الكأس ومقامات الحنين.
إنه "شيخ العزلة" في صدقه يذوب وقد طفح كأسه بكل شيء، وكل أسى، وكل غناء شفيف، وكل صراخ مكتوم، وكل جرح مكلوم، وكل سؤال لا يُحتَمل.
ربيعة أبي فاضل يكتب القصيدة بمثابة كلام الروح بلا أقنعة أو حُجُب، علامة عبور في ليل الشرق، علامة وجود وإرتقاء إلى سُدرة جديدة مشتهاة.
هذا شعر يفيض عن حدود القصيدة... هذا شعر يأتي من إيمان كبير بالشعر.
