الدكتور مولود مخلص حماد آل الشيخ رجب الراوي مهندس وفرضي عراقي وهو نجل العلامة مخلص الراوي.
اسمه ونسبه
السيد مولود ابن السيد مخلص بن حماد بن حامد بن طه بن عبد الله بن احمد بن رجب بن عبد القادر بن الشيخ رجب الكبير الراوي، ويرتقي نسب الشيخ رجب إلى سيدنا الحسين بن علي بن أبي طالب، كما ورد في كتاب بلوغ الإرب في ترجمة السيد الشيــخ رجب، وهو نجل الشيخ مخلص حماد آل الشيخ رجب الراوي عضو جمعية رابطة العلماء في العراق وخطيب جامع السيد سلطان علي في بغداد، وسبط الشيخ أحمد محمد أمين آل الشيخ رجب الراوي المدرس الأول للمدرسة العلمية الدينية في سامراء.
ولادته ونشأته
ولد في بغداد عام 1958 م، ودرس القران العظيم في الكتاتيب بسامراء على يد الملا ياسين الحاج شهاب البدري السامرائي منذ نعومة أظفاره وقبل أن يدخل المدرسة الابتدائية عام 1963، واستمر بالدراسة عنده سبع سنوات متوالية، كما دخل مدرسة اليقين الابتدائية ببغداد، في نفس السنة عام 1963، وكان والده حينها إماما وخطيباً لجامع دراغ في منطقة الرحمانية بالكرخ.
انتقلت العائلة إلى سامراء عام 1966، بعد وفاة الشيخ احمد الراوي، فانتدبت العائلة صهره الشيخ مخلص الراوي لإشغال موقعه العلمي في المدرسة العلمية الدينية بسامراء، فأكمل السيد مولود دراسته الابتدائية والثانوية في سامراء. عام 1975م، والتحق بالجامعة التكنولوجية في بغداد ( وهو عام تأسيس هذه الجامعة ) لدراسة الهندسة الكهربائية.
وفي نفس العام كانت عودة العائلة إلى بغداد (عام 1975م)، بعد أن ألحقت الحكومة المدارس الدينية بوزارة التربية، وألغت نظامها التدريسي وغيرت مناهجها، وخيرت مدرسيها بين التحول إلى وزارة التربية كمدرسين، أو البقاء ضمن ملاك وزارة الاوقاف كأئمة وخطباء فقط، فاختار الشيخ مخلص الراوي العمل في الاوقاف، لعدم قناعته بصحة إجراءات تعديل التدريس الديني. ولكنه واصل التدريس طيلة حياته، في الدورات التطويرية للائمة والخطباء، وفي المساجد، ومن طلابه فضيلة الشيخ الدكتور محمود الصميدعي، رئيس ديوان الوقف السني السابق، والكثير من العلماء المعاصرين، واشتهر ببغداد بأنه فرضيها بلا منازع.
