تمثل هذه الدراسة محاولة لمعالجة بعض الشروح البلاغية القديمة من زاوية تداولية، تلحّ البعد التواصليّ في المنظومة البلاغية القديمة، كما تسعى إلى عقد مقارنات بين المعاني البلاغية، كما كرّستها تلك الشروح، وما اكتنفتها من معان تداولية، يمكن استبصارها بالاستعانة بما جاءت به بعض المقترحات التداولية الحديثة. وتتخذ هذه الدراسة "شروح التلخيص" للقزويني مدوّنة لها، حيث دُرست بعض أحوال المسند إليه كالحذف والذكْر والتعريف والتنكير والتقديم والتأخير ناظرة إلى انتقال زاوية الرؤية من المعنى النحويّ إلى المعنى التداوليّ.
