Book Description
يقول الشاعر: "طبعت على كدر وأنت تريدها، صفواً من الأقذار والأكدار، ومكلف الأيام ضدّ طباعها، متطلب في الماء جذوة نار". وقال آخر: "أومن بالدنيا وأيامها فإنها للحزن مخلوقة، غمومها لا تنقضي ساعة عن ملك فيها ولا سوقة، يا عجبي منها ومن شأنها، عدوة للناس معشوقة".
فينتج من هذا الكدر والمنغصات حزن للإنسان، يكدر عليه صفو السعادة، ويشل حركة نشاطه أو بعضها، ويوهن عن القيان بالواجبات، كما أن للحزن آثاراً وأمراضاً باطنية تتعلق بالنفس البشرية البعيدة الأغوار، الكثيرة الأسرار وقد ثبت أن الأمراض والعلل النفسية أعظم خطورة من الأمراض الحسية، بل إن الأمراض النفسية تحدث أمراضاً جسدية كثيرة، ولذا يرى جملة من الأطباء أن قرابة (50% ) من أمراض الناس الحسية سببها الأمراض النفسية، وإن أكثر الأمراض خطورة وشيوعاً ترجع في أسبابها إلى الانفعالات والأمراض النفسية، كالسكر والضغط وتصلب الشرايين والتجلط والشلل وغير ذلك. نسأل الله العافية.
وفي هذا البحث (سلوى الحزين) فتح لباب الأمل والتفاؤل وانشراح الصدر والتذكير برحمة الله ومنحه، والتوكل عليه، وحسن الظن به والسعي لتقوية الإيمان بالقضاء والقدر، وترويض النفس على التعامل مع المكروه، وتسلية المصاب والحزين، فالأمر لله من قبل ومن بعد، وقد جاء البحث في ستة فصول: الفصل الأول: حقيقة الحزن –أعراضه- أنواعه- أسباب كل نوع. الفصل الثاني: أضرار الحزن على الفرد والمجتمع، الفصل الثالث: الأسباب المعينة على تجنب الحزن. الفصل الرابع: الأسباب المعينة على تحمل المكروه بعد وقوعه. الفصل الخامس: فوائد وثمرات المكروه. الفصل السادس: نماذج وقصص لمحزونين وكارهين، وعاقبة أمرهم.
