التنقيب عن المعلومات الخفية عن تقاليد رياضة الصيد بالصقور في الشرق الأوسط.
فمنذ زمن ما قبل الإسلام، والبلاد العربية تفتخر بتاريخ استخدام الصقور في الصيد، وذلك باستخدام الصقور الحرار والمثاليث والشواهين. ومن المغرب وحتى باكستان والصقارون أمراء وشيوخ يذهبون جميعاً في مخيمات صيد في رحلاتهم حيث يتشاركون في الأحاديث ويتبادلون خبراتهم في طرق صيد الصقور وتدريبها واستخدامها في صيد الفرائس.
وسواء أكانت رحلة القنص تتكون من عدة رجال بعدد أصابع اليد أو كانت تتكون من مئات الرجال، فإنهم يجلسون حول حلقات النيران في المساء ليتناقشوا ويتحدثوا حول ما حدث لهم في ذلك اليوم، يروون القصص ويحضرون صقورهم لليوم التالي للقنص. وسواء أكانت الطرائد وافرة من الحباري، أو الكروان أو الأرنب البري، فإن الصقارين العرب يدربون صقورهم المفضلة على إصطياد فريستهم المفضلة.
وباستخدام الطرق التقليدية كبرقعة الصقر وإلى استخدام الطرق الحديثة كاستخدام اجهزة الارادار المتعلقة بالصقور، فإن الصقارين العرب يحققون نجاحهم واشباع رغبتهم في هذه الرياضة وهي رياضة الصيد بالصقور.
وهكذا فإن لديهم الكثير مما يستطيعون المشاركة به عن طريقة حياتهم في الماضي و الحاضر.
