حقاً كانا سعيدين لأنهما أدركا طريق السعادة، وعرفا سرها، فسلكا طريق الحياة الروحية، ونبذا الدنيا وملذاتها، وارتضوا لأبنائهم وللمؤمنين كافة ما ارتضوه لأنفسهما من عزة وكرامة وهامة مرفوعة، وقد ظهر ذلك جلياً من خلال وعظهم وفتواهم ونصائحهم وسلوكهم.
