هذه الرسالة وهي مخاض كثرة تأمل ونظر، ومباحثة ومناقشة مع عدد من العاملين، ممن اختلفت وتباينت مواقفهم من الأحداث الجسام، والفتن التي عصفت في بلاد المسلمين في العقدّين المنصرمين.
