في هذا الكتاب تحليل للعناصر المحورية في نهضة الإمام الخميني في مجموعة من النقاط: أولاً أن الإمام الراحل في نهضته لتحطيم الجاهلية والطغيان وإزاحة النقاب عن وجه الإسلام الأصيل قد أدرك جيداً عناصر أربعة هي الأساس في الثورة الإسلامية والتي هي بمثابة أركان البنيان المرصوص للإسلام إذ أدركها وآمن بها وعرف أن تحققها كشروط هو أمر " تحصيلي" لا " حصولي ". إن النهضة فيها مطلقة لا مشروطة، ولذا إنبرى في تحصيلها ولم يلتفت إلى شيء في سبيلها مهما كلفه ذلك من تضحيات. كان يحمل أيضاً هموم الإنسانية جمعاء وكان حديث رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يضيء روحه في قوله " من سمع رجلاً ينادي يالمسلمين ولم يجبه فليس بمسلم..." والحديث يشير إلى الإستغاثة مهما كان مصدرها وهو يساب إسلامية الإنسان المسلم الذي لا يستجيب لصيحة إنسان يستغيث. كان شعاره العزة والكرامة ومواجهة الطاغية والحاكم الجبار، وقد قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " من أقرّ بالذل طائعاً فليس منا أهل البيت ". وإن العزة لهي شعار النفوس النورانية وهي بطبيعتها تواجه الظلم والطغيان. ثانياً: كما أن التوحيد الآلهي هو محور الوجود { وهو الأول والآخر والظاهر الباطن } فهو المحور الأساس في نظام التشريع والتعليم والتربية والجهاد والإجتهاد وصلاح الذات والآخرين، فإن العنصر الأساس هو رضا الله حيث تنطوي العناصر الثلاثة الأخرى في ظل هذا البعد وهي الهم الإسلامي والهم الإنساني وصيانة الكرامة أمام الطغيان.
