وليس من المبالغة فى شئ أن هذا السًًفر (جوهرة ثمينة) من خزائن تراثنا التشريعى والفقهى الذى نحن فى أمس الحاجة إليه، لاستثماره وتجليته للدارسين منا، وللعالمين أجمعين.
