أما الفيل المغرور وهو بطل القصة الثانية، فهو مغرور بنفسه ويظن أن حجمه قد أعطاه الحق بعدم احترام الآخرين وعدم الاكتراث بآرائهم، وهذا بالتأكيد سيوقعه بمشاكل شتى، أما سندباد البحري، وهو بطل القصة الثالثة فسيقص على الأطفال ما حدث معه في الرحلة التي قام بها إلى الجزيرة الغريبة الأطوار، وليس هذا كل شيء بل للعصفور أيضاً قصة سيرويها لنا وهو حزين مكسور.
هذا على صعيد الكتاب الأول أما الكتاب الثاني فهو كتاب للتلوين وفيه لوحات جاءت بالأبيض والأسود وتحتاج لأنامل طفل صغير ليعيد تلوينها من جديد، ومع الشريط يستمتع الطفل بسماع الأناشيد المغناة والتي هي أصلاً نص القصص المدرجة في الكتاب الأول.
