• التنفيذ (ACT). ساعد الطالب على تطبيق خطة العمل.
يمنع هذا الأسلوب من تفجر المشاعر، ولا يشجع الطلاب فقط على إدراك المشاعر التي في داخلهم وفي الآخرين، ولكنه أيضًا يحفزهم على تطبيق حلول استباقية عوضًا عن السماح للمشاعر السلبية من تخريب أهدافهم الأكاديمية.
