"التأويل" كتاب يضم أعمال الندوة الإيرانية النمساوية الرابعة، التي يشرف على إقامتها ونشر أعمالها الأستاذ عادل تيودور خوري من لبنان وهذا هو الإصدار (56) الذي ينشره مركز الأبحاث في الحوار المسيحي الإسلامي "CERDIC – لبنان".
يبدأ الحوار بتحية من الدكتور "محمد خاتمي" الرئيس السابق للجمهورية الإسلامية إيران اعتبر فيه أن الحوار وإعمال الفكر المشترك بين علماء اللاهوت وعلماء الكلام المؤمنين لإيجاد حلول لحاجات الإنسان في عالم اليوم، يمكنه أن يفتح الدرب لمؤمني جميع الأديان الإلهية في زماننا ..." يلي ذلك تحية الدكتور "بيا تريكس كارل" الوزيرة النمساوية للعلوم والأبحاث، اعتبرت فيها أنه من الضروري تحقيق تعايش الثقافات والحضارات المختلفة في عالم الغد من أجل نظام سلام شامل عادل يرتكز على الفهم والإحترام المتبادلين.
تضمنت أعمال الندوة محاور عدة نذكر أهمها: 1- مقتضيات تأويل النصوص المقدسة للأستاذ "أحمد واعظي"، 2- التأويل في حقل المشادة بين الوحي الوضعي والحق الطبيعي لكل من "كارل هينتس بشكه" و "إنفبورغ غابرييل". 3- تأويل القرآن الكريم عند مولا صدرا للأستاذ "علي رضا رهبر"، 4- أبعاد التأويل في الفهم وعنصره الخلاق للأستاذ "غرهارد لوق"، 5- التأويل والفن الديني للسيد "محمد رضا بهشتي"، 6- التأويل وأخلاقيات حوار الثقافات للأستاذ "عباس منوشهري"، 7- منشأ الأديان والتبسيط التاريخي للأستاذ "عادل تيودور خوري"، 8- العلمانية والديمقراطية في القرائن الثقافية للمجتمعات الإسلامية لـ "غُلا معلي خوشرو"، 9- الديبمقراطية كمشكلة تأويلية في نطاق الحوار المسيحي الإسلامي لـ"هاينريخ شنايدر"، وأخيراً: مسألة التأويل في قانون الكنائس المسيحية لـ"ريخارد بوتس".
تأتي أهمية هذا الكتاب من كون "التأويل" يعطي فهماً أكثر للقارىء في معالجة النصوص الدينية وتفسيرها، وخصوصا أن الكتاب درسه في عصور مختلفة منذ عصر الأنوار وحتى عصرنا الحالي بغية رفع الإبهام عن النصوص والكشف عن مقاصدها الحقيقية في عصر اختلطت فيه المفاهيم، وفسرت النصوص بحسب الأهواء والمصالح، من هنا تأتي أهمية إقامة هذه الندوات ونشرها بين القراء الأمر الذي يساهم في فهم أكثر موضوعية في العلاقات بين الأديان، وبين الثقافات، وبين الدول ...
