دعوة للدفاع عن جناب النبى "صلى الله عليه وسلم" وآل بيته فيما يثيره أى إنسان مهما كان اسمه وتذكيرا للمسلمين بأن النبى "صلى الله عليه وسلم" أغلى عندنا من أى شئ وكل شئ ويشير إلى سر تمسك بعض الطوائف بكلام ابن تيمية بالذات مع إهمال تراث سبعمائة سنة.
ويقع الكتاب فى ثلاثة أبواب: الأول: الرد على أخطائه فى آل البيت. مثل اتهامه للنبى "صلى الله عليه وسلم" بأنه ارتاب فى أمر السيدة عائشة, وادعائه وجود قوادح كثيرة تحكى عن السيدة فاطمة. الثانى فى مسائل التوسل والزيارة. مثل ادعائه أنه لا فائدة من زيارته "صلى الله عليه وسلم".
الثالث: خاص بالرد على أخطائه تجاه مقام نبوة النبى "صلى الله عليه وسلم". كذلك يوضح الكتاب أن النبى "صلى الله عليه وسلم" كان مؤمنا قبل البعثة ومعنى "ووجدك ضالا فهدى" حتى لا يحدث تشوش فى عقائد الناس بسبب كلام ابن تيمية وغير ذلك من المسائل الهامة. وفى النهاية دعوة للمسلمين بالتمسك بكهف الأمة وحضنها نبيها "صلى الله عليه وسلم"
