هذا هو الكتاب الثاني الذي أقدم فيه فن البلاغة في مفهوم شيخها وعلمها الامام عبد القاهرة الجرجاني ، أو بعبارة أدق - أقدم فيه فهمي لفن البلاغة عنده وقد عايشته طويلا فوجدت لفهمه بعدا ولفنه مذاقا حلوا ، ولعباراته اشارات ووحى يستدعى الأناة وطول الاقامة معه فشدني اليه: أتعلم منه واتعرف على ابعاد مقاصده ومرامي إشاراته التى بدت البلاغة فيها ثمرة ناضجة وشجرة مزهرة ودوحة ظليلة لا يعكر صفاءها جفاف منطق او غل بتقسيم وتفريع وكان عجيبا ان يختلف أمامه الباحثون، وقد كان في بلاغته نقله صاعدة باللغة العربية .. فهو قرأ تراث من سبقه وإشتملت عليه نفسه فخرج شئيا اخر غير ما كان.
