لما تقلص ظل الاستعمار العسكري في أقطار افسلام ظلت بعده بدائل تؤدي أخطر الأدوار في محاربة الإسلام، ومن اخطر هذا البدائل ما عرف ب "التبشير"، ثم ما عرف ب" الاستشراق" .. والمستشرقون هم تلاميذ المبشرين بلا نزاع، والمتستشرقون جماعة من كتاب اوروبا ومفكريها عكفوا على دراسة الاسلام منذ مطلع القرن التاسع عشر، وخلال مائة وخمين عاما من بدء ظهورهم بلغ عدد المؤلفات التى وضعوها عن الاسلام تين ألف مجلد.
والناظر في مؤلفاتهم او ما كتب عنها يرى انهم لم يتركوا نقيصة إلا وقد ألصقوها بالاسلام، ولا حقيقة من حقائق الإسلام الناصعة إلا وقد حاولوا طمسها أو تشويه ملامحها الوضيئة: " حسدا من عند أنفسهم" كما يقول القرآن العظيم.
وإسهاما منا في الدفاع عن الاسلام رصدنا صورا عديدة من افترائاتهم على الاسلام وحاولنا في ايجاز شديد - نقضها وابطالها والكشف عن الزيف الذي فيها وكيف تعسف أولئك الحاقدون في إلصاق التهم بالاسلام وأنهم لم يقولوا إلا زورا وبهتانا يحمل بين طياته عوامل هدمه.
