* وينفرد القسم الثالث بشرح تفصيلي للوسائل الطبيعية والأغذية التي يمكن من خلالها التخلص من الكولسترول والأغذية التي يجب الابتعاد عنها عند ازدياد النسب الطبيعية للكولسترول في الجسم.
