شرفت بمهمة مراجعة الكتاب القيم (المرشد في قانون الإثبات) الذي جمع بين دفتيه قواعد الإثبات في المواد غير الجزئية وتطبيقاتها العلمية، وإذا كان قد فضل طريقة الشرح على المتون إلا أنه لم يقف عند حد بيان مؤدي النصوص، بل تطرق إلى كل ما يتعلق بموضوع النص وكيف تكون ممارسة ما تضمنه متبعاً ذلك بملاحظات توضح وتحدد مهمة القاضي وسلطته في هذا الخصوص طبقاً للأرجح من آراء الفقه وما جرى به قضاء محكمة النقض.
وتقديراً منا لتلك الفكرة وهذا النهج، تخيلت نفسي قاضياً يريد معرفة كيف يتناول مسائل الإثبات في جميع مراحلها، سواء عند إستناد الخصم إلى ما لديه من أدلة قائمة، أو طلبه تمكينه من الإثبات بوسيلة من وسائله، وكيف تتم إجراءات كل ذلك... إلخ، فوجدت في الكتاب خير مرشد، وطلبت المزيد من تلك الملاحظات القيمة، فلم يبخل الزميل المؤلف بعظيم الجهد، حتى جاء الكتاب مرجعاً فريداً يجمع بين حسن الإيجاز وغزارة المعلومات.
