أن معالجة موضوع العولمة وتعقيداتها ودراستها دراسة واعية تستلزم معالجة شاقة لتعدد مداخلات هذه الظاهرة لذلك فإن هذه الظاهرة تسلتزم من الباحث أن يتبع أسلوب الرصد التحليلي لتناول هذه القضية الحيوية وتكيفها حسب موضوع الدراسة وهو تطبيقها علي الأمن القومي لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
وسوف أتناول في هذه الدراسة نموذج العولمة كإطار جديد في الدراسة وأثارها علي الأمن علي المستوي العالمي والعربي والإقليمي والمحلي لقد أدي ظهور العولمة إلي عديد من التحديات علي المستوي القومي للدولة وأصبح لها أنعكاسات سياسية وأقتصادية وأجتماعية وأمنية، لذلك اتسع مفهوم الأمن وأصبحت أجهزة الشرطة مكلفة بأداء العديد من المهام وتحمل الكثير من المسئوليات.
ويهدف هذا البحث إلي تحديد مفهوم العولمة وعناصرها ومن ثم ربطه بمفهوم الأمن القومي ومن ثم تطبيق ذلك علي كيان دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدةن وذلك بهدف معالجة أوجه الخلل الناتجة عن أثر العولمة علي البنيه التحتية لمجتمع دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
وقد تم تنسيق البحث إلي (فصلين حيث تنال الفصل الأول الإطار النظري للدراسة من خلال مبحثين المبحث الأول تناول تعريف العولمة والمبحث الثاني تناول تعريف الأمن القومي.
أما الفصل الثاني فقد تناول مخاطر العولمة علي الأمن القومي لدولة الإمارات وقم قسم إلي أربعة مباحث، هي المخاطر السياسية أو الاقتصادية والإعلامية والثقافية والأمنية والأخير ولأهميته، فقد تم تقسيمه وفقاً للمطالب لتغطية فروع البحث بصورة وافية.
