لا توجد مشكلة اسكان فى العالم بدليل الكم الهائل من الشقق الفارغه والتكلفه العاليه لما تم بنائه ، ولكن اساس المشكله هى بقاء الشقق فارغه . الاستثمار العقارى هو العدو الأول للإنسانيه والمدمر لأحلامها ، ولذلك يجب تهذيب الاستثمار العقارى ثم تدميره والمحافظه على النشاط العقارى ثم تطويعه لخدمة الوطن والبشرية ، لا يمكن للعالم حل مشاكله بدون ذلك مثل النقص المائى والازدحام وتآكل الآراضى الزراعيه والبطاله . الانسان هو اساس الحضارة ويجب ان تكون الحضارة لخدمته هو وأن يكون جزء منها وليس تابع فيتم نقله من مكان لآخر مجبرا كقطعة أثاث . لإصلاح النظم الاقتصادية يجب العودة لنظام المقايضه عن التعاقد واستخدام العملة المحليه عند الدفع ففى مجال الايجار السكنى يجب استخدام الجنيه الايجارى العقارى كوحدة لتقييم القيمة الايجاريه والدفع بالعملة المحلية. المسكن - ضرورة فقط - والأصل هو ملكية ما تسكن فيه ولكن يجوز تأجيره وبيعه وواجب الدولة تمكين المواطن من المسكن وليس تأمينه من خلال اعطائه أرض مجانا وقرض حسن ، وواجب المواطن السكنى فيه وإجارة المسكن هو استثناء وضرر اقتصادى وخلل اجتماعى ولا يليق بأى حكومة ان تتخذ إجارة المسكن كحل لمشكلة الاسكان . الكتاب يقدم سياسة اسكانية جديدة وورقة عمل مميزة صالحة للعالم كله وتقدم المفهوم الحقيقى للسكن ، فلذا لا يستغنى عن هذا الكتاب اى حكومه او حزب سياسى او طلبة الاسكان والمهتمين بمشكلة الاسكان لأنه يمثل مرجع فكرى وكذلك الاقتصاديين لانه يقدم مبادىء اقتصاديه جديدة. معا لإصلا العالم ولكى يعيش الاتسات آمنا مستقرا متمتعا بأنعم باللهولأننا إخوة فى هذا العالم .
