الباب الأول في ذكر النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم والخلفاء الأربعة أبي بكر وعمر وعثمان وعلي رضي الله عنهم... الباب الثاني في ذكر الحسن والحسين وباقي الأئمة الأثنى عشر... الباب الثالث في ذكر جماعة أهل البيت لهم بمصر القاهرة مساجد معمورة ومزارات مشهورة... الباب الرابع في ذكر الأئمة الأربعة أصحاب المذاهب... الخاتمة في ذكر الأربعة الأقطاب أصحاب الأشائر، وقد التزمت في هذا الكتاب أن أذكر أسماءهم وكناهم وألقابهم وآباءهم وأمهاتهم ومواليدهم ووفاتهم ومدة أعمارهم وأسماء حجابهم وشعرائهم ونقش خاتمهم ومعاصريهم وغير ذلك كذكر صفاتهم.
