على الرغم من المساندة الأمريكية-الغربيةالواضحة والكاملة للتّجمّع الاستيطاني الصهيوني، قبل وبعد تشكيل الكيان العنصري في فلسطين، فإن هذا الكيان حرص، دوماً، على أن يكون له أصدقاء وحلفاء في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، بدءاً بإيران قبل الثورة، إلى مصر، ومروراً بتركيا!
فقد اعتمد التجمّع الصيوني منذ تأسيسه على اتّباع سياسة الحلفاء الإقليميين، وعدم رهن بقائه على الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلّة بالدعم الأمريكي المطلق، أو المساعدة الغربية العسكرية فحسب. وهي السياسة التي كانت توازي انتهاجه سياسة أخرى، لا تقل أهميّة عن الأولى، وتقضي بوجوب وجود حليف أو صديق من بين جيرانه أو من بلدان الشرق الأوسط؛ وهو التحالف الذي أهّل هذا التجمّع الصهيوني للاستمرار والبقاء حتى الآن، حيث انتهج الكيان استراتيجية التقارب الاستراتيجي، والعسكري، والاقتصادي، مع هؤلاء الحلفاء، تأميناً لمستقبله، وحفاظاً على أمن ومصالح وجوده الغاصب!
يجول بنا الفصل الأوّل من هذه الدراسة حول تاريخ العلاقات التركيّة-الصهيونيّة، منذ ما قبل إنشاء التجمّع الصهيوني على الأراضي الفلسطينيّة المحتلّة، في العام 1948، وأهمّ المحطات التاريخيّة في تلك العلاقات؛ سياسياً، ودبلوماسياً، وعسكرياً، واقتصادياً، وسياحياً، وأبرز قضايا الخلاف وأسبابها، ما بين الفتور والتجميد، وما بين الودّ والدلال في إطار العلاقة الثنائية بين الجانبين.
فيما يطرح الفصل الثاني القضايا المفصليّة التي غيّرت في تاريخ العلاقات بين الجانبين، مثل الحرب الصهيونية الثانية على لبنان، صيف 2006، والحرب الصهيونية على قطاع غزة (2008-2009)، وتداعياتها المتمثّلة، بشكل خاص، في واقعة "دافوس" الشهيرة، وجريمة الاعتداء على النشطاء الدوليين في السفينة التركية "ما في مرمرة" وصدور تقرير بالمر الدولي المدين للاعتداء المذكور.
