KHEDDOUCI Rabah… Né le 16.12.1955 à Béni Misra (Atlas Blidéen). Algérie
Inspecteur de l’éducation et de l’enseignement, Fondateur de la maison d’édition “El- Hadhara” et la revue culturelle et éducative “El- Moualim”, et initiateur du prix de la culture du club “El-Hadhara” (1997), Fondateur du Colloque national de la littérature à Saida (1990), Miliana (1991), Hammam Melouan (2000) et Blida (2017), Membre de la Commission nationale de la réforme du système éducatif (2000).
Il écrite le roman, le récit et l’histoire. Il s’instéresse à la culture de l’enfant et du patrimoine, et donne à ce propos des conférences en Algérie et à l’étranger. Il publia des récits et des essais dans des journaux Algériens et Arabes. Il remporta plusieurs prix.
Secrétaire national l’Union des Écrivains Algériens (1998), et member de l’Union des écrivains arabes (2001).
Certains de ses livres ont été traduits en anglais et en français…
Il a publié certaines de ses œuvres en Egypte, en Syrie et en France…
