سعيد خطيبي كاتب وصحافي جزائري، من مواليد 29 ديسمبر1984. عمل في جريدة الجزائر نيوز حيث ساهم لمدة سنتين في تحرير الملحق الثقافي "الأثر" ثم انتقل إلى جريدة الخبر. درس في الجزائر، وفرنسا. يكتب باللغتين العربية والفرنسية، وعام 2012 حصل على جائزة الصحافة العربية. اشتهر خصوصا بتغطية مناطق النزاعات في أفريقيا وأوروبا الشرقية.
من أشهر مؤلفاته "بعيدا عن نجمة" 2009م، "أعراس النار: قصة الراي" 2010م، والذي يعتبر أول كتاب توثيقي حول موسيقى الراي. كما نشر في كتاب "عبرت المساء حافياً" حوارات مع أشهر الكتاب الفرانكفونيون. عام 2013، أصدر روايته الأولى كتاب الخطايا، التي نالت صدى نقدياً واسعاً في الجزائر والعالم العربي
عام 2015، صدر له كتاب «جنائن الشّرق الملتهبة»، حاصل على جائزة ابن بطوطة للرحلة المعاصرة. عمل سكرتير تحرير مجلة الدوحة الثقافية، واستقال منها عام 2016، كما أسّس موقع نفحة الّثقافي

لا تزال المثلية الجنسية في العالم العربي تشكل نوعاً من تابو، من الصعب الخوض في غماره، بيد أن للكاتب الجزائري "سعيد خطيبي" رأياً آخر، يستند على تحليل الخطاب الديني والعلمي والنفسي، وهو يفعل ذلك في كتابه الملفت "بهجة الأعراف .. الحياة المصلوبة في الجزائر" راصداً سلطة الأحكام الإجتماعية السائدة في بلاده، المبنية على الإنغلاق من ناحية، وعلى الرغبة في التحرر والإنفلات من سطوة الأحكام من ناحية ثانية.
يحاول هذا الكتاب تقديم نظرة، من الداخل، عن الحياة الإجتماعية في الجزائر. يطرق أبواباً موصدة ويتجاوز عقبات " الممنوع " يشرح بالأرقام والأدلة بعض جوانب الواقع الضبابي، ويغوص في ما وراء المعاينات السطحية، من دون أن يدعي الإحاطة بكل المناطق المعتمة في بلد المليون شهيد، ولكنه يساعد في كشف وفهم بعض جوانب الخلل في بعض القيم بغية اقتراح الحلول.
يضم الكتاب مقالات سبق للكاتب نشرها في غير صحيفة وموقع، تعالج فكرة الإختلاف بين البشر. وهي: "معراج السراب" ، "اللعنة على الغرباء" ، "كلام حرام ! كلام حلال!" ، "غاب الساقي وغاب رحيق الأمنيات" ، "جسد مكبل بآية الصمت" ، "الدعاء من وراء حجاب".
