أولًا: تبسيط المبادئ القانونية وتعريف القانون وسلطة سن التشريع في مصر وأهميته وأهدافه ومميزات القاعدة القانونية الآمرة والمكملة والجامدة والمرنة والفرق بين القانون وبين غيره من مصادر التشريع كالعرف واللوائح والدستور وتقسيمات القانون العام الداخلي والدولي والقانون الخاص, ثانيًا: شرح أنواع الحقوق الشخصية والحقوق العينية الأصلية كحق الملكية والارتفاق والانتفاع والحكر والاستعمال والسكني والحقوق التبعية كحق الرهن والاختصاص والامتياز ومصادرها وسلطات استعمالها والتعسف فيها.
