هذه النفوس!!
ما أشد غموضها، وأبعد غورها، وأكثر تعقيدها.
أن النفس البشرية.. معضلة معقدة، لا مقياس لها ولا ميزان، أنها اناء ينضح بالخير مرة، وبالشر مرات.
ترى من أى طينة خلقت؟ ومن أى مادة ركبت؟
إنها خليط من المتناقضات لا يمكن تمييز مركباته: اللهم إلا مركب واحد.. يغلب عليها كلها.. ويبرز فيها واضحاً جليا.. هو مركب: الأنانية.
أنى لأنظر إلى النفوس من حولى.. فأجدها نفوساً جميلة حنوناً.. لا تبدو منها بادرة سوء، ولا تنب عنها نابية شر.. ما دامت لا تتعارض لها مصلحة، ولا تتشارك فى مغنم.. فإذا ما تعرضت المصالح.. جرت النفوس بالحقد والشر والعدوان.
إن النفس البشرية لا تحب الخير إلا إذا كان فى صالحها، إنها تكرة الظلم ما دامت مظلومة.. ولا تقبل الجور إذا ما وقع عليها.. فإذا ما أضحى الأمر بيدها.. استساغت الظلم.. وأحبت الجور.
إن شعار النفوس هو نفسى أولاً.. أو نفسى فقط.
أن خير ما نعامل به النفوس، هو أن نفترض فيها السوء، ونتوقع منها الشر والعدوان.. فإذا ما لقينا منها حسنه وصادفنا فيها خيراً إعتبرناه منها مكرمة ومنحة..وإذا أصابنا منها سيئة,, لم ننزع ولم نفاجأ.. وقلنا: تلك هى طبيعتها، وذلك هو ماجبلت عليه.
إذا حسناً.. فيجب أن نتوقع رد الإحسان بالإساءة، وإذا أحببنا فيجب أن ننتظر البغض والقطيعة.. وإذا نجحنا أو أصابنا خير فيجب أن نتوقع الحسد حتى ممن لا يضيره نجاحنا، ولا يرجعه ما لنا من خير.
حقاً ما رزئ ابن آدم بشر من نفسه.
اللهم أرحم هذه النفوس.. من هذه النفوس.
