يتماشى ذلك في حالة العالم النامي مع العديد من الأماكن من قارات عديدة خاصة في كل من أفريقيا وآسيا وأمريكيا اللاتينية مع ما لديه من خصوصيات (ثوابت)، وما تأثر به من سياسات (متغيرات) سواءً أكان ذلك إبان فترة الإستعمار بإحتكاكه مع الغرب، أو ما مُورس بحقه من سياسات إقتصادية مجحفة ما بعد الإستقلال السياسي في إطار بحثه عن الإستقلال الإقتصادي – كأولى التجارب – إذ جعلت القليل من دوله إن لم تكن معدمة على أن لا تكون دولاً ناشئة اليوم.
