Book Description
The present Sudan's image in international community and mass media is a distorted one. Many Sudanese feel ashamed as protracted conflict in Darfur turned to be their stigma among the people. The whole world protested and expressed its solidarity, in away or other Darfur people and condemned the Sudanese government. The sudanese people feel guilty for their silence, or for their ineffectiveness to impose a solution and stop the war.
This report's objective is to provide it's readership with concise information to assist in more understanding for the crises. The report translated and compiled articles and documents that give basic data about Darfurian conflict. The data is diverse and attempts to cover the important aspects of the crisis.
The report main source is the Arabic Annual Strategic Report 2005, published by the center. We added some articles e.g: Alex de Waal, for their importancein giving more comprehensive panorama for the present situation. The report is a contribution to solution and new starting in the Sudan.
