إن سؤال العلماء عم اشكل من المسائل وعم يحتاج إليه الناس في عقائدهم وعباداتهم ومعاملاتهم ضرب من ضروب طلب العلم، ونفع يعم السائل والكسئول والقارئ والسامع، وهو جادة مسلوكة في قديم الزمان وحديثه، فقد امتلأت المكتبات بالكتب لاتي فيها تسؤلات للعلماء في أبواب العلم المختلفة، وقد شرفني الله بالتتلمذ على يد فضيلة القاضي العلامة الفقيه/ محمد بن إسماعيل العمراني- حفظه الله- دفع عنه ل سوء ومكروه- وفي بداية تفرغي لملازمة هذا العلم الشامخ- فترة بقائي عنده- بدا لي أن استغل فرصة بقائي عنده بطرح بعض الأسئلة التي كنت قد جمعت شيئاً منها، فلما فرغت من المسائل المشكلة ومما كان مكتوباً عندي، رأيت أن اكتب أسئلة أخرى ليستفيد منها طلبة العلم وعوام المسلمين في سائر الأبواب، فاجتمع لي من ذلك نحو ثمانمائة سؤال، وفي ثنايا إجابات القاضي على الأسئلة كان يكتب علىغلاف الدفتر من الداخل عناوين لهذا المشروع مما شجعني على إخراجه كتاباً ومن العناوين المقترحة منه- حفظه الله- عنوان الكتاب الحالي.
