هذا الكتاب هو مناقشة لكتاب الدكتور ناصر العمر المسمى "فقه الواقع". وهو كتاب أحدث نوعاً من البلبلة في الأوساط الخاصة والعامة. أما "فقه الواقع بين الدعاوى والبينات" هذا فهو دراسة أشبه ما تكون بالنقد يتبين من خلاله الكثير من جوانب الخلل في الكتاب الأول كما يرى المؤلف. حيث يتبين كذلك أن الدكتور العمر قد أخطأ في تقديمه هذه الرسالة إلى علماء الأمة، لأن في ذلك إشارة إلى أنهم هم بحاجة إلى فقه الواقع وأن هذا الأمر ينتقصهم.
ويرى المؤلف أن مؤلف كتاب "فقه الواقع" وأمثاله هم الذين كان وراء اتهام العلماء بهذه الفرية وهي أنهم لا يفقهون الواقع ومجريات، وهو لا يكف عن الإشارة إلى أن العلماء لديهم معايب ومثالب ويستخدم أسلوب التعريض بالعلماء واتهامهم.
