خيري منصور (1945 - 2018) كاتب وشاعر وناقد أردني من أصل فلسطيني، وزوجته هي الكاتبة أمل منصور. ولد في قرية دير الغصون بالقرب من طولكرم عام 1945. درس في الضفة الغربية حتى أنهى دراسته الثانوية، ثم انتقل للدراسة في القاهرة. أثناء نكسة حزيران عام 1967، أبعدته سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي عن فلسطين، فانتقل إلى الكويت ثم بيروت ثم العراق.
مؤلفاته
أصدر مجلة "الفكر العربي المعاصر" في بيروت وعمل في تحريرها. ثم عمل محرراً في مجلة الأقلام العراقية، ثم محرراً أدبياً في جريدة الدستور حيث كان يكتب في أحد أعمدتها اليومية.

كتب هذه المقالات في الفترة الحرجة التي أوشكت فيها الجريمة على الاكتمال، لندرة الشهود رغم وفرة الشهداء. وهي مقاربات قد تتفاوت في الزمان والمكان، لكنها تأتلف في سياق نقدي يستقرئ الظواهر ، ويحاول رصد تجلياتها قدر تعلقها بثقافة حولها العاطلون عن الحياة إلى تميمة مؤدلجة، وكوميديا من النبذ المتبادل والإقصاء الذي غالباً ما يبدأ من هاجس الاحتكار وينتهي إلى الإعدام الرمزي.
ترددت كثيراً بين ثلاثة عناوين هي "رماد السندباد" و "العصا والناي" و "السيف والندى"، وانتهى بي المطاف إلى العنوان الثاني لأنه يختزل ثنائية السلطة والثقافة والخوف والحرية، واليأس والحنين. وقد كان شاهد النفي هو العنوان المتكرر للمقالات التي نشر معظمها في القدس العربي لعدة أعوام.
ولن أتعسف في اقتراح المشترك المنهجي بين هذه المقالات، لأن مثل هذا المشترك قد يكون في عمق الشجن وتحول الاسئلة إلى مساءلات، قدر ما يتيح لنا القليل المتحقق من الحرية، ذلك لأن الحريات المسموح بها في عالمنا العربي كله قد لا تكفي كاتباً واحداً. كما قال الراحل يوسف إدريس!
إن العصا في ذروة وظيفتها الآن. أما الناي فهو مغمور بالرمال, وقد سلمت الأصابع الأمية ثقوبه!
