ونحن وإن كنا قد وسمنا دراستنا هذه بجدل "الواقع العربى"، فإننا لا نعنى أن هناك حواراً أو سجالاً وجدلاً حياً متفاعلاً بين التيارات المتعددة فى الواقع العربى، فإن هذا الذى يخيل للإنسان وكأن هناك جدلا من هذا النوع أو ذاك ما هو إلا صدى وترديد لمنظومتين معرفتين مقلدتين، إحداهما كصدى وتريد لكل ما ينتجه الغرب من فكر وثقافته من غير زيادات وإضافات شخصية ذاتية، فهى ذوات مشحونة بحمولة ثقافية وفكرية مستوردة بقوالبها... وبين منظومة معرفية سلفية يتردد صداها فى النفس من غير أن تنفعل فى معانيها وتتحرك بها.. هذه الذوات التى لا ينمو تفكيرها من واقعها وحاضرها من همومها ومشاكلها، بل ليست أكثر من قوالب وأدوات تفرغ فيها ثقافة الآخر "الخصم" أو ثقافة الماضى "المقدس".
لن ينمو لها فكر ولن تحصل ثقافة خاصة تتنفس من فضائها وتمدد فى تربتها ووسطها... ولهذا لن يصل هذا الصراخ إلى قواسم مشتركة، لأن الطرفين الرئيسيين أو مجموعة الأطراف ليست بينها لغات مفهومة، فهم عمى وبكم وصم وهؤلاء من الصعب والشاق العسير اجتماعهما.
