إننا مهما حاولنا أن نخوض في هذين العلميين فمهما بذلنا من جهد فلن نستطيع أن نصل فيه إلى نقطة نهاية بل ستكون دائماً ما نقف عنده بداية جديدة.
إن الكتاب الحالي لهو مجرد محاولة لوضع مفاهيم وأسس علمي الإحصاء والإحتمالات للمبتدئين حيث نعتبره منارة لبداية طريق طويل وشاق.
إن الكتاب مجرد بدايات للخوض بعد ذلك في بحار الإحصاء والإحتمالات بشكل نتحرك فيه سوياً وعلي تمهل علنا تفيد الدارس بشيء ولو يسير والله نسأله الأجر في الآخرة لأن الإنسان يفني ويبقى العمل.
وقسمت هذه الدراسة إلى ستة أبواب وهي: الباب الأول: "البيانات الإحصائية: عرض ووصف"، الباب الثاني: "مقاييس النزعة المركزية وطرق التشتت"، الباب الثالث: "التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات"، الباب الرابع: "مقدمة في علم الإحتمالات"، الباب الخامس: "المتغيرات العشوائية"، الباب السادس: "التوزيعات الإحتمالية".
