من البديهي أن الأنظار تتجه نحو أمريكا اللاتينية ذلك أن المجهودات المبذولة للتغيير الإجتماعي وبناء تكتلات لخدمة الشعوب تعطي البرهان على أنه من الممكن المرور من موقع دفاعي إلى موقع هجومي وفتح نقاشات من جديد حول البدائل الرأسمالية المضادة وسيرورات الإنتقال الإشتراكي.
