هذا كتاب يتناول قسمة المال الشائع في القانون المدني الكويتي، وبعون الله وتوفيقه سنقسم الدراسة إلى بابين: الباب الأول: تناول الأحكام العامة لحق الملكية، وهذا سنقسمه إلى عدة فصول، تعريف حق الملكية وخصائصها، وفي الباب الثاني سنتناول أحكام الملكية الشائعة، وسنقسم هذا الباب إلى عدة فصول، وفي الفصل الأول تعريف المال الشائع وإدارته وحفظه والتصرف فيه، وفي الفصل الثاني نتعرض لقسمة المال الشائع وأنواع القسمة المهنية للشيوع، ثم في الفصل الثالث نتعرض لأحكام القسمة غير المهنية للشيوع وهي قسمة الانتفاع، وفي الباب الثالث سوف نشير إلى أحكام التخارج في التركات، والذي نقسمه بدوره إلى ثلاث فصول، في الفصل الأول تعريف التخارج، وفي الفصل الثاني صور التخارج، وفي الفصل الثالث أحكام التخارج والقضاء.
