وقع السؤالُ عن تعدُّد صلاة الجمعة في البلدان والأمصار، ما الحُكم فيه؟... الجواب: اختلف العلماء في ذلك فمن قائل بجواز التعدُّد، ومن قائل بعدم الجواز.
وفي زماننا هذا لَمَا وقع التعدد فعلاً صار تقليدُ القائلين بالجواز أولى؛ لأنَّ فيه تيسيراً على المسلمين، وتخليصاً لهم من الإثم الذي جرَّه إليهم إعتقادُ عدم جواز التعدُّد مع وقوعهم فيه، وقد قال الله تعالى: ﴿يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ بِكُمُ الْيُسْرَ وَلَا يُرِيدُ بِكُمُ الْعُسْرَ﴾... [سورة البقرة: 285]، و"الإعتبار لعموم اللفظ لا الخصوص السبب".
وقد قال صلى الله عليه وسلم: "إنَّ هذا الدين يسرٌ، ولن يُشادَّ أحدٌ الدين إلاَّ غلبه". [وقال:] "فيسِّروا ولا تعسِّروا، وبشِّروا ولا تنفِّروا".
ولأنَّ فيه تعليماً للعوامّ؛ فإنَّهم - بسبب ذلك - يعتقدون بأنَّه يُفرَضُ في يوم الجمعة ستُّ فرائض.
وهذا لا يرضى به أحدٌ، ولا يعتقِدُهُ شافعيٌّ أصلاً ولا مُسلم!...
والسبب في ذلك سكوتُ العلماء عن ذلك، وإلاَّ فلو بيَّنَ العالِمُ في دروسِهِ تفصيلَ المسألةِ، وبيَّن أقوالَ العلماء في صلاة الجمعة؛ لتعلَّمَ الجاهلُ، وانتَفَعَ السّامعُ... فلْنذكُرْ أقوالَ العلماء.
