Book Description
مؤلّف هذه الرسالة هو أبو عليّ محمد بن الحسن الحاتمي (- 388)، وهو كاتب شاعر ناقد شهد له مؤرّخو الأدب بوفرة الإطلاع وغزارة العلم، ونقل عن كتبه عدد من النقاد والمصنّفين نذكر منهم ابن رشيق (- 456) في "العمدة" وابن سنان الخفاجي (- 466) في "سر الفصاحة" وأسامة ابن منقذ (- 584) في "البديع في نقد الشعر" وابن أبي الأصبع (- 654) في "بديع القرآن" و "تحرير التحيير".
وقد صنّف الحاتمي عدداً من الكتب في النقد والأدب واللغة والتراجم ذكرت المصادر منها: "حلية المحاضرة"، و "الحالي والعاطل"، و "سرّ الصناعة"، و "المجاز"، و "المعيار"، و "الموازنة".
وذكرت له فضلاً عن ذلك رسالتيه اللتين صنًّفهما في نقد شعر المتنبي وهما "الرسالة الحاتمية" التي سبق نشرها، و"الموضحة" التي ننشرها اليوم.
أمّا الأولى، فقد نبذ فيها مائة معنى من معاني أبي الطيّب، وردّها إلى ما ظن أنّها أُخذت منه من كلام أرسططاليس، وأما الثانية، فهي أعظم خطراً من تلك لأنّها أوّل رسالة وافية صُنِّفت في نقد شعر أبي الطيّب.
وهي بهذا المعنى، يمكن أن تُعتبر أصلاً لجميع الدراسات النقدية التي تلتها، والتي ألفها أصحابها في نقد شعر المتنبي، كرسالة الصاحب بن عبّاد (- 385) "الكشف عن مساوئ المتنبي"، و "الوساطة بين المتنبي وخصومه" لعلي بن عبد العزيز الجرجاني (- 392) والفصل المطوّل الذي أورده الثعالبي (- 429) في الجزء الأوّل من "اليتيمة"، وكتاب "الإبانة عن سرقات المتنبي لفظاً ومعنى"، لأبي سعد العميدي (- 433).
وقد أشارت المصادر التي ترجمت للحاتمي إلى هذه الرسالة، فدعاها البعض "الحاتمية"، ودعاها البعض الآخر "الموضحة"، وقلة منها ذكرتها بإسم "جبهة الأدب".
وأشار بعض هذه المصادر إلى مضمون هذه الرسالة بإجياز فقال القفطي: "وله إجتماع مع المتنبي ببغداد ومؤاخذات آخذه بها وصنّف في ذلك كتاباً سمّاه جبهة الأدب"، وقال الصفدي: "وله الرسالة الحاتمية التي شرح له فيها ما دار بينه وبين المتنبي لمّا قدم إلى بغداد، وهي مجلّد دلّ على وفور فضله وإطلاعه وأظهر سرقات المتنبي"، وقال مثل ذلك صاحب "كشف الظنون".
