سياسى مصرى بارز لعب دورًا مهمًا فى الحياة السياسية المصرية فى نهايات القرن التاسع عشر وبداية القرن العشرين، فقد كان رئيس الديوان الخديوى ووكيل الجامعة المصرية الأهلية. ولد فى 18 مايو 1860 بالقاهرة لأب شغل عدة وظائف مهمة خلال عهود سعيد وإسماعيل وتوفيق. تلقى أحمد شفيق تعليمه الابتدائى فى مدرسة المبتديان ثم مدرسة القبة التجهيزية وتدرج فى عدة وظائف صغيرة ثم عمل فى الديوان الخديوى فى عهد توفيق وفى 1885 سياسى مصرى بارز لعب دورًا مهمًا فى الحياة السياسية المصرية فى نهايات القرن التاسع عشر وبداية القرن العشرين، فقد كان رئيس الديوان الخديوى ووكيل الجامعة المصرية الأهلية. ولد فى 18 مايو 1860 بالقاهرة لأب شغل عدة وظائف مهمة خلال عهود سعيد وإسماعيل وتوفيق. تلقى أحمد شفيق تعليمه الابتدائى فى مدرسة المبتديان ثم مدرسة القبة التجهيزية وتدرج فى عدة وظائف صغيرة ثم عمل فى الديوان الخديوى فى عهد توفيق وفى 1885 سافر إلى فرنسا لإتمام دراسته وعاد إلى مصر عام 1889 حيث واصل العمل فى معية الخديو وتولى وظائف عديدة.
