وهو يتناول موضوع "النذر", استهللته بمسرد بسيط للمفاهيم الأساسية المتعلقة بموضوع النذر, ثم عرضت لأنواعه, وحكم كل منها, وأدلته, ثم عرض لبعض المسائل الفقهية الفرعية, وبعض الفتاوى المتعلقة به, وألحق به سردا من الكتاب والسنة لأدلة النذر وأحكامه, وبعض من فوائدها, لعله يكون أسلوبا جديدا فى تناول الوضوعات والمسائل الفقهية, وغيرها من علوم ديننا إيمانا بأن الدين علم, وأن على المسلم أن يتعلم الذى سيسأل عنه.
