Book Description
من أشكال التيسير التى من الله عز وجل على أمته بها "التيمم", فقد فرض سبحانه على عبادة الطهارة بالماء, ولكنه العليم الحكيم, يعلم أن منهم من لن يجد الماء, فى مكان ما, أو فى زمان ما, أو الحال ما, ومنهم من لن يقدر على استعماله إن وجده, فشرع لنا التيمم بدلا من الطهارة الواجبة, الوضوء والغسل, فالحمدلله على نعمة الجمة.
ولعل الحال والموضوع يسمحان لنا ببيان أمر, يعد من مشاكل فهم كثير من المسلمين لطبيعة دينهم وحقيقته, والأمر هو يسر الدين, فكما نعرف جميعا أن الدين يسر, والحمدلله على على هذا, فإنه من رؤوف رحيم.
وما نريد بيناه: أن اليسر فى الدين تشريع, مثلما هى الفروض فيه, والمعنى: أن الله سبحانه وتعالى فرض علينا الفروض, وهذا تشريع لا يمكن تجاوزه أو تغييره أو تعديله, مهما كانت الظروف, ولكنه العليم بحال خلقه, يعلم أن هناك من لن تعينه الظروف الخارجة عنه, أو الأحوال الخاصة به, على أداء هذه الفروض كما أمر الله عز وجل, كغير القادر على القيام فى الصلاة, وغير القادر على صيام رمضان, وكغير الواجد للماء أو غير لقادر عليه, لمرض أو خوف أو مشقة لأجل الطهارة الواجبة, ومثل ذلك, فشرع لنا سبحانه البدائل.
من هذا نعرف, وندرك أن التيسير فى دين الله ليس محلا للتصورات أو التقديرات الشخصية, إنما هو تشريع مثلما أن الفروض تشريعات.
وهذا الكتاب يعرض لتلك العبادة البديلة عن العبادة الأصلية, التيمم, وبيان معناه, وسبب تشريعه, وصورته, وأحكامه, والأسباب المبيحة له, مع عرض الكثير من المسائل المتعلقة به والفتاوى التى تجيب على كثير من الأسئلة الخاصة به.
